Return Policy

In a very rare case when the product didn’t met to your expectations, we have 7 days return policy for our customers. For returning the product you can contact us by filling the contact form on our contact page. After filling the form we’ll contact you by email or phone call. When the return is approved, you should properly pack the product with original invoice and packing slip, then the packed parcel will be picked up by our courier partners within 72 hours when the return request has been approved.

Note: Some products under the categories personal care, groceries, innerwears and other sensitive categories are not return acceptable due to hygenic conditions.
